This year's been eventful.
Finally got the title for this thing in January,
Then I got hit by a train... well, more like a trolly... 2 weeks after finally getting the title.
I took the opportunity to get flares and they fit the wheels perfectly.
Did I mention I wana graft in a subaru hood scoop?
Fast forward a bit and we're using it more, I got a thule bike rack for the hitch for us! It works great.
Fast forward to NOW... last week I drove up to utah, and nailed a deer on the way up. Hood, fender, bumper, grille, both headlights broke, and the door. + he @!*% all over the side of it.
Anyways, when I was done in saltlake I grabbed a headlight from pick n pull , 18$ with broken tabs, banged the hood out a bit and straightened the fender with my boot. Ductaped it in and headed home.
Yesterday I grabbed a front end, minus bumper + driver door, off a 2002 for 212$ after tax, and started my facelift!
Got some tail lights too in the lot of parts, never replaced the one that cracked from the trolly
Things still not lining up great but I'll figure it out and get it solid. Polished the headlights and shes good enough to drive at least.
