[Rear glass lift support questions]

So I ordered new shocks for my rear window on the liftgate. I can’t figure out how to separate the ball joint on the oem shock. I’ve tried unscrewing the bolt that is in the pic but the whole assembly spins. I’ve also tried to use vise grips to hold it but they slip off. Please help.

I’m thinking about downsizing from my 05 Tundra 4dr with 225k to a ‘10 or newer Frontier 4dr. What are the pros and cons?

Took full advantage of a rare low humidity day here in Georgia. Finished painting the Boom Boom Truck. I'm happy with the look but, I'm trying to decide if I want to put the tire carrier back on or get an xterra roof rack and put the spare up there. Thoughts????

[What did you do to your Pathfinder today?]

So I have Been contemplating painting the boom boom truck primer gray. It's not a daily and really only used for deer camp. So I took the tire carrier off and started to mask. Didn't get done painting(ran out of rattle cans)

Well yesterday I officially became a owner of a pathfinder. Brought home my 94. Today ordered some parts (gotta love rockauto). I'll put some pics up of her tomorrow.
