  1. Well, I bought a 95 pathfinder YESTERDAY. Today im driving and push in the clutch to change gears and as I press down I hear/feel something snap and petal go to the floor. I managed to get home in 2nd gear. There is no grinding noise or anything. What would snap like that? If the clutch plate broke would it still drive? Also wouldn't it make noise int he transmission?
