I'm on winter break and have a full garage with lift and all and about 30 days of down time. I got a 92 Finder XE RWD and little to no cash. What can I do to upgrade it just by tinkering around?

So I found out last week one of my rear shocks was completely broken. I have the new ones here, and now just waiting for my buddy to get out of work so I can use his lift. 2nd year college kid here so I dont have a garage with all the tools i used to have.. Just wanted to see if anyone has replaced the rear shocks on a 92 Pathfinder, RWD V6 3.0. It looks pretty straight forward but you can never be to sure! If theres anymore to it then just slipping the new ones in please let me know.
