I know this post is old but I have the same question. Anyone ever find that elusive access panel? I have a 2005 Pathfinder.

I have a 2005 and the fuel gauge stopped working a while back. I know it's the sensor in the tank. Until today I thought I would have to drop the tank to replace the sensor. Someone told me that there may be an access panel in the back of the truck to get to the pump wthout having to drop the tank? Anyone know where it is without me just going out there and ripping my truck apart?
