So is there an available replacement seal without buying the lid? Is there any kind of adjustment? Mine appears to be showing daylight almost all the way across the back of it. If I pull the glass backwards a bit it seals up the light. Ideas?

Whats up with this TSB that deals with the 02 codes and adding a ground harness from the intake to the head? Why is the freakin harness $115 bucks? It looks like 2 wires and 4 eyelets? lol has anyone done this TSB? Anyone just make their own harness or get this one and realized they could have? Thanks guys!

Ok guys so here is the scoop. 96 SE 5 speed and keep getting the front right o2 code. (Bank 1 IS on the passenger side correct?)Well I have replaced this sensor now twice with brand new Bosch sensors and each time after 100-150 miles or so it will throw the code again after they had been cleared. SOOO I grab the factory service manual and go through the procedure for p0130. tested #2 wire on the harness to #46 on the ECU harness and have good continuity..checked each side to ground and no continuity so thats fine, seems to be no short in the signal wire. Clean the battery posts as well as the engine grounds (on top of the intake) per the service manual and STILL after driving another 122 miles I get the code again. Of course I have already checked the intake for leaks with starter fluid the best I can so I dont think it's actually running lean. With that said, what is your experience with Bosch o2 sensors? Anyone had problems with them and end up haveing to go OEM? I need some help or advice here.

So I got an efan off a Quest and need to know which wires are for what..dont tell me to just try em either because it works a number of ways (and yes i know its supposed to suck towards the engine)....my fan has a plug with two wires and a pulg with a single wire...which two are the positives and which is the ground?

Ok guys...95 vg30 truck here....should i go with a nissan quest fan for 50 bucks or a MarkVIII fan for 40?? I know the Mark 8 draws a ton of amps....i am still running the stock alternator and would like to avoid changeing it (by the way what do u guys use to upgrade?)....so which one? any advice ya'll can offer me? trying to stay low buck...thanks!!
