  1. I love all the little differences in the WD21s from country to country.  The bumper is pretty obvious (to hold the different sized number plates for the EU), but I've never seen those tail lights before.

Yeah that's right, the lights. Old cars have in Europe:

    red break

    orange turn right.left

    orange reflector

    white go back

Each one is a part. This is why always have replacement in my glove box.

Now I focus a lot in other pathys to see these small differences you say, that's right

  4. Awesome story and I am glad you and your beloved truck made it safely. If I ever get to my property close to Taos, we may get to visit? Once more, congratulations on the successful move!

Of course we can get to visit¡ Taos is not far away from Rio Rancho, so you can sent me a PM or contact if you are coming¡¡¡

    Nice to meet you :D

  5. OK Terranovation you have the most popular engine 89 kw, mine is smaller, only 73 kw¡¡¡ a few first generation terranos have only 73 kw lke mine, second and after generations are all 89 kw or more. and 4 cilinder. This is why I have very good mileage. In the city 35 MPG and highway sometimes I have comproved more than 40 MPG.

In a diesel engine power is very well used in low revs, so they are very good in off-road, mountains, rivers, snow... even don't have powerful engines.

  6. Well, the good news is that most parts should be a lot cheaper here, other than perhaps engine components. I suspect Alkorahil (member here that runs an online dealership parts department) would probably be able to source diesel parts for you.

What I had mentioned is just an adjustment and usually $50 for bushings. Not that I recomment you do unnecessary work to the vehicle, but just get it into the shape you want. You'll find a lot of parts available int he junk yards and from members selling things as well.

To give you an idea of what is possible, This is my latest Pathfinder when I first bought it, completely stock...

I'm still have some work to do (roof rack, rock sliders, rear bumper and interior modifications) but that is basically how it will be. Some people go a lot farther with tires, solid axles, etc but that is not for me...

Look around in the Member's Rides section at the bottom of the main page to get some ideas. Stock, mild or wild, it is up to you. ;)
