  1. So the only "performance" upgrades I can do on my 94 xe is headers, exhaust, and an air filter that may or may not add a couple hp??? Oh and a chip that may or may not add a couple hp??? What's the deal? Am I just not looking in the right places?
  2. I've searched a bit but I'm kind of looking for some clarification. My 94xe sometimes doesn't start. What happens is when I turn the key, sometimes you just hear a single click from somewhere up front...sometimes you have to turn the key numerous times and eventually it always starts. In the morning it always fires right up. This afternoon I went to drive it and got in and it made a strange chirping sound, (obviously an alarm of some sort) which I have never heard before. I don't know if this is related or not...the switch on the console is always set to off as I have no key fob. I know there have been no start threads before but I can't seem to find my problem... There is a good bit of corrosion of the positive terminal of my battery, but if that was the problem, why would it be intermittent?? ***Ok, now it took way longer than normal to start and I hear a click coming from the black alarm brain under the seat, as well as the click from up front...!#%^&

  4. Nice...that doesn't sound so bad...Now to find some good tires I'm only thinking of a 2" BL so I think I'll go with the 10.50X15X31 I think it is...bfg a/t unless I can find m/t's for close to the same price. Typically about a $20 diff per tire...that's not too spendy I guess
  5. So i searched for a while but didn't find quite what I was looking for...at any rate. my pathy sits a tad lower in the front, which I know some people desire. But, my two front tires on the inner edge are totally bald and starting to tear. (Obviously I'm getting new tires next week and not driving it until then) good old PO's. I found reciepts for the shocks being done about 60K ago though they are just crappy mountain ryder I think. What I'm wondering is could crappy shocks be the cause? Or does the torsion bar need to be adjusted? (I guess that wouldn't really have anything to do with the tires but that could be why it sits lower in the front right?) Obviously I'm new at this thanks for your patience and help :oops:
