  3. if ya going to sas it mate how much can ya do your self ? because paying for some custom fab is not cheep. may cost $ 3000-4000 I did mine cost $800
  4. its a rubber moulding that's screwed or pop riveted on . ya buy it off a roll by the meter. $50nz. dose the hole truck it comes in 50mm or 75mm wide cheers.
  5. na mate ya wont need to, ya intercooler is only cooling the air, but by turning up the fuel and boost then get it tuned the old girl will take off. I run mine on 18psi for four years no problems
  6. its about a 1992. there are two types for the same shape the Early one 1989 ish had more curved shape and the face lift 1992 ish was squired off.
  7. and it works really well. on the motorway the the temp gauge sits lower then it use to, the vent sits above and slightly back of radiator. my theory on why its works is that the air going over the vent is high pressure, and the hot air rising out of the vent is low pressure thus creating a vacuum sucking the hot air out. i could be wrong but what eva is going on has definitely lowed the engine bay temps.
  8. i put a Subaru scoop on backwards for my vent.
