So, my original oem muffler died on me.  so I decided to install a doble pipe using both pipes that was is the salvage muffler and my original one. so i when fron 2.5" of diameter to 4.7" of total diameter of exhaust pipe. it has the cat converter and only one silencer that has 2 pipes in and 2 pipes out

[automatic transmitions neutralize]

The gear box is neutrilize only in the morning when I start the car like for 1 or 2 minutes. I check the oil and look ok and in correct level

If not at all then need a transmission shop to diagnostic it. Probably a solenoid

I have a 2002 SE Pathfinder and my automatic shifter doesn´t engange when I put it in drive in the mornings,

 

Can anybody tell me why and how can I fix it?

[low RPM problem]

Check for any other vacuum leaks, when were the spark plugs changed last? how many miles are on your rig? on the VG33e's, the service intervals for spark plugs are every 30K. have you messed with the mechanical timing at recently? (ex. timing belt, adjusted the dizzy, TPS sensor) inspect your spark plug wires, those can where out after time...

 

Thats all i got off the top of my head..

I have to look for the other vacuum leak. when I restart the engine after the last fix, I can hear the leak but haven´t been able to pinpoint it.

 

this rig has 224,000 km (139.000 mile aprox) and it was sincronise by the nissan dealer 2 month ago.with change all the sparkplugs, and wires.

 

were can it be the other vacumm leak?

well. the problem has not disappear completely. It when went down 50%. so we are in the right track.

Check all of the air/fuel sensors. Make sure you're air filter is clean. Make sure Maf is clean. Run a obd2 scan, make sure O2's are working. They car can only go off what it can see from the sensors, chances are one of those are bad. Not the injectors.

I'm changing the air filter and found a hose broken. trying to fix it I broke a intake hose and now I have to fix that.

[low RPM problem]

I have notice that when I go low RPM/ low speed or I have my engine in idle for some time, my engine like choke itself and starts like when a spark plug is bad, it doesn´t even itself, you can see the engine bouncing. My nissan dealer put the computer on it, and tell me that everything is "all right" but it still doesn´t feels right.

 

I´m thinking that the injector are putting to much fuel and overfull the engine in low RPM or a sparkplug is bad. But the thing is that it is not allways that does this uneven engine movements.

 

any of you guys know what it can be, and how can I fix it?

I'm starting to have this problem. a couple of times I go to start the car and dead silince . battery check OK. I thinking that I have a problem with the park switch. (automatic tranny). is there a¨"easy" way to check that wsitch?

One question in this matter. Is it better to put 2 batteris or to put solar panels to keep one batery charge?

I personal don´t like HID light. on the wet road they don't light to well. I´m looking forward to change all my lighting to LED light. they light much better then normal light and the battery consumption is WEY lower.

I bought it second hand. this one was made in Europe, Poland of I´m not mistaken. The folks that I bought it from finish a world tour here in Colombia and sold my all the camping equipment.

I have in mine headlight with 90-100w (not the best) , were use to be the vent at the side were the original fog light goes (mine didn´t came with fog light) I monted 2 hella rectangular spot light and in the mittle of bumper on the down side I have 2 rectangular LED expantion lights.

 

have in mine that in my country the legal light have to be mounted on and down the bumper.
