[93 SE oil pan cover?]

I notice that my front skid plate (cover) seems to end just as my oil pan appears. Is there an aftermarket cover available for the oil pan? Anybody ever damage their oil pan with rocks? Thanks!

Just wondering. I was hoping I'd get better than my previous vehicle, but it ain't lookin' good.

 

What mpg do you get a/ around town b/ on the highway. Also, what's your highest comfortable freeway cruising speed?

What do you do to help your mpg on trips? The SE's big tires and lower overall gear ratio sure don't help!

My 93 SE gets about 16mpg, going between 55-70 on the 'highway' here in Hawaii.

[Changing auto tranny fluid?]

so if we drain the fulid and refill, do you change the filter also, silly question, but ive never changed the tranny fluid in any of the 3 pathfinders ive owned.

 

Hello, did you find out about your filter? I have a '93 SE and have heard conflicting stories about it being a filter or just a screen? If it is a screen do you rinse it? Thanks
