What's the aircon pipe?

I have a 2007 pathfinder and have noticed a weird humming noise coming from either under the dash or under the hood. It does not happen until I get above 65 MPH and it is not constant and not all the time it starts then is stops then it starts up again. It seams like if I have someone in front of me on the highway it goes away all most like its just something vibrating in the wind. I also notice it happen more when its hot out. Its been doing it since I bought it and it only had 37k miles on it. I never take it off road and have only had it in 4x4 once. Any help would be great the noise drives me nuts.

Mines doing the same thing it only does it when I get above 60. I hope we get an answer the noise drives me nuts
