Your experience with the maxima is entirely different. Lowering springs would probably make that noise on the pathfinder too. (Although they do sell these little sleeves to jam in there). Almost every lowering coil I've seen that actually has a decent drop will clang. The pathfinder lift coils ensures that they stay further apart.
That's good to hear, the suspension noises on my old suspension setup got old quick, sounded like my car was falling apart going over bumps...and a hard ride is something I've grown used to with lowered cars, can't wait to lift the pathy (and get some decent rubber)

define noises, you shouldnt be asking me, mine has 200k on it and its 10 yrs old lol.
Well when my Maxima was lowered on springs/struts it would make metal rattling noises when going over bumps (fortunately I switched over to coilovers that let me get even lower while being silent), I'm just wondering if lifting creates suspension noises when going over bumps like lowering sometimes does. I know...real noob question

Looks noice , hopefully one day mine will look something like that. How's it ride? Any suspension noises?

No, the bolt pattern is smaller. You need old 1st Gen Xterra Nismo Wheels.
ahh...thanks. What's our bolt pattern/offset?

Hey all, I've searched and didn't come up with anything. I was wondering if these kind of Xterra wheels would fit on an R50 with no problems?
I think these are the specs...16x7, 6x4.50, 30 offset....also these would be on stock suspension (for now anyway).
