Wish I had found this post in a pro-active fashion rather than a re-active fashion. 3 of 6 butterflys came completely off and one screw was missing on a 4th on my 115000km 04. Sadly I am having a 123000km junk yard engine put in but will have the screws locktited first. Has anyone tried peaning the ends of the screws?
