  1. -study- thanks for idea, I will try clean the rust first using drill. then put some real torque hope I wouldn't brake it. just tired of drilling and tapping.
  2. I tried torch this afternoon, still can't move the nut. I really suspect if that nut is welded to exhust. I looked close, from every possible angel, all seems like welded. are you sure that nut is part of oxygen sensor?
  3. thanks for clearing my confusion. now I got to face that nut, so painful torch is out of my ability. any other suggestion on next move I can take besides more WD-40?
  4. I am trying to replace the old Oxygen sensor on my 94LE pathy, is it the one in this picture? I can't figure out how to screw the old one out. seems in red circle it's a 22mm nut. but looks like it's one whole piece with the muffler. or just because there's too much rust? I applied lots of WD-40, doesn't help. could someone tell me whether is should be separate from the muffler, the red, blue or green circle? thanks very much

  6. 94 Pathy LE want to invest on a set of MSD 8.5mm silc spark wires, and 6 NGK Irdium. seems I also need to get a MSD ignition booster to work with that wireset. anyone has experience on this. like which website is cheap on MSD wires, or do I need to made them by myself? b.t.w. I can not find the toolkit which should be under back seat. so any idea on where i can get that custom spark plug socket for cylinder 6?
