    how to located exhaust rattles

    Hi

    It might net even be your exhaust. It could be your fuel and be detonation? depending on how much noise is made under load if you have or know someone who has a timing light try and adjust the timing

    Detonation can sound like exhaust rattles, it can detonate if it gets hot also

    I had those tyres on my pathy as my last set, new they were pretty quiet but they needed rotating because they were allways chopping out then they were getting old and would be noisy just driving straight down the road. but were really good in the bush. I used to go up some steep slopes and they would slip but only because I had my swaybars on still and I'd get wheels in the air. but nice choice still. I have yokohamas again but more road compound because we have a new baby so 4x4ing is on hold for now

    I was just trying to state the obvious sorry if I offended anyone, I was also telling him how mine goes so he doesent have to waist time trying wrong methods If anyone else wants to jump on my back for giving HELP, 1 at a time please.

    Hi to put pathfinder into 4-lo your shifter must be in neutral. If you get it into 4-lo in any gear your possibly doing damaging to the box.

    Again I dont want to tell you how to count eggs but Im 6ft6 and get a sore back from time to time heres a breif run down for you.

    I hurt my back in January and I found the osteopath had lots of advice for me.I couldnt move much, every time I moved I hurt it. For me it was an inflamed back muscle, that the nerve to my leg went through and was causing shaking, numbness, and it went week.

    Im in Australia so I dont know if these creams are called the same where you are but I had the missus rubbing dencorub or deapheat.(sports injury creams)

    I also had lots of hot hot baths with Epson Salts in it, that would be magic for about 1/2 an hour, I could do anything after them, so thats why I was having lots.

    It took approx5-6 wks to get better and It feels as if your never getting better but it'll get there just relax. try not to drive too much because that'll agrivate it.

    Hi guys

    I was thinking about putting a wire directly from the batt to my dist through a relay from switched off the key will this put too many volts to the dist and kill it or is there a possibility that it might run better with true battery power getting to the ignition
