Fuel tank leak and P0455/P0456

Hi All,

 

First post.  Great forum and I use it a lot when working on the Pathfinder.

 

Looking for some feedback before I drop the fuel tank.  Months ago I started getting P0456 (small evap leak).  It eventually turned into P0455 (gross evap leak).  I replaced the evap canister and the solenoid on the canister with no success.  I went to fill up the other day and noticed it was taking more gas than usual.  After the pump finally shut off, I noticed gas pouring from the top of the tank.  I smell gas around the truck all the time now.  So I am assuming the o-ring on the pump or the evap hose is toast on top of the tank.  Any thoughts?
