The drive flange that houses the bearings? I'm not sure exactly what you are refering to as they shouldn't be a failure point. Can you look at this diagram and see if that is what you mean?

40202-0W091 sounds right for the hub assembly. The last time I purchased a new hub, it included new inner/outer bearings and an inner grease seal. It won't include hub flange studs or lug studs, though.

 

There's no difference between left and right.

does this look right? no difference between left or right?

Nissan Part: HUB ASSY-ROAD WHEEL,FRONT Part NO.: 40202-0W091

 

 

 

The Front hubs on the R50 Pathfinder 4WD are the same right or left.

However......

 

Part number 40202-0W091 is for a 1998 model Pathfinder,

 

A 2004 Pathfinder uses 40202-0W094
