WxChaser
I recently replaced my caliper on the driver side rear wheel. My dad and I made sure it was installed properly, and bled the brakes to get any air out of the system, however, my brake light remains on on the instrument panel. Braking power is sufficient, and the pedal isn't soft. Brake fluid is not at Max, but is between Min and Max. The light was on like this just a day before the caliper was replaced, and it did turn off before we did the repair. ABS light is not on. Any ideas/solutions? Trogdor636
Did you bleed in the proper sequence according to the FSM, and did you unplug the ABS module or unhook the battery while bleeding?
kiwipete
It could be a "low" brake fluid indicator as well? Top up the fluid and see if this helps.
