4doordrift
Looking for a quick response, I need new tires. Dont have enough for the lift yet. Can I get away with this size with a completely stock R50? Or will I need a 265/70/16? 265/75/16 = 31.6 inches tall 265/70/16 = 30.6 inches tall Thanks
TheCrow
Either one of the suggested sizes will rub at stock suspension .
Tad
We were able to run the 255/70R16 Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor w/Kevlar without rubbing too bad prior to the lift. They claim they are 30.1" and are close at about 29.5" with full weight on them. But they did rub in the rear when fully loaded on bumps or with the trailer hooked up. After the lift they are just about perfect. I actually think the tires cost more than the lift.

I have those with 2'' of lift and I still had to cut a little bit of the plastic next to the front bumper to make them clear when turning.
