ahardb0dy
my master cylinder must be leaking into the booster, mechanic filled resovior today than when I went to pick the truck up it was low again, no sign of fluid anywhere on the ground, truck has 4 wheel disc brakes, he said I probably need a new master cylinder and that the fluid is probably leaking into the brake booster, does anyone know if there is a seal I can just replace? I'm on a budget right now and can't afford to replace the master at this time, thanks
Precise1
You can rebuild the master cylinder as long as your bore is good. Use the advanced search function using members login of mws and mastercylinder or something. He had done it and had information on where to get the rebuild kit and something about bench bleeding IIRC... B
ahardb0dy
I'll probably end up buying a new one they seem pretty cheap, I was just wondering if there was a seal that could be replaced without taking the hole thing apart, thanks
