can some one explain why old speakers would be better then a new ones? a lot of technological advancements have been made in the past 33 years...

also the timing pully on these can be installed incorrectly and be not on tdc...

usually the backfire in the intake is a lean burn miss. if the exhaust leak is bad enough it could actually suck in air and trick the o2s into thinking the mixture is too lean and then make it too rich. fix the obvious problems first

Why does it seem like every gun law is a "grey" area? After watching sons of guns on discovery and seeing them making silencers and using tracer rounds, which i thought were illegal in all 50 states... and then i found this site and read the first paragraph in big red letters, now im all confused.

that car in the mud hole above is gas powered you can see the distributor... and its still above water.
i guess the question i should be asking: is how do you water proof a distributor cap?
i got that table spoon amount from a service bulletin

That truck in the picture is still in a good amount of water. Alternator is under water, as is a lot of the electrical system. It is still running. Hell the guy isn't even sitting in the truck. And you can't seem to read, for as I stated before, most people don't go into super deep water for long. That guy is sitting in a pretty decent amount of water, up to the fenders, as would most people who have snorkels.
are you telling me that the snorkel is to the altenator? lol. any water in the cap will make the car not run let alone if it has crappy plug wires that wont be good either. it only takes a table spoon of water to bend a rod by the way.

that jeep still wouldnt need a snorkel since the stock intake is above the water and also all the ignition system

to me its about as useful as a sticker that says turbo, it may make it seem faster but quite useless

i could see a snorkle helping your car not breathe in water but that doesent help the electrical part of the engine

i keep seeing snorkels on cars around town and im starting to think its just for looks when half the h2 and h3 have them. i highly doubt that any one takes a h2 off road ever.
whats the point of a snorkel thats mounted at roof level when the driver would be below water?
also how would the ignition system work when its its wet?

its not that important for the torque spec, i have been using a 3/8 impact gun and havent had a problem yet.

so i have played both before and im leaning toward the ps3 just because it doesent have a subscription fee for online gaming. the only games i play are first person shooters or action adventures.

if the cel is blinking it will hurt the cat more then the engine. as far as injector cleaner goes i have seen most of it do more dammage then good to the seals. check the wires to see if the insulation is cracking off

are you sure it truly is gas smoke? did you have an exhaust analyzer tell you its rich? some times blow by looks the same

if you can see it and you put some vaseline on a small screw driver it will stick to it. or put an air nozzle up to the spark plug hole and blow it out
