i beleive the HD go in the front to make the truck "level"...when it comes to the OME lift hieghts...an arb dealer told me the three levels of spring rates...soft, medium, and heavy duty, will give 0.5" of lift with "X" amount of weight over stock!!! Cant find the actual #s...but thats how i understood him. EXAMPLE... with 200lbs over stock (the load) the light coils give 0.5"...with the mediums and 300lbs of weight give 0.5" and heavy duty with 450 lbs of weight would give 0.5" of lift! Those #s arent completely accurate... just to show how he explained it to me!! BTW...ive been reading these posts for about a year now and there is a lot of useful info... Just wish there was more choice for ordering IN Canada!!! Tyler

Hey there New from Manitoba, Im new from Ontario...LOL... I be Ty, bought an 01 SE just few months ago, tested the four wheel for a week or so during the thaw, very impresed with the capabilities in its stock form. hope to have 2" lift in by fall. i love this forum...share, share, share.
