    I SCORED!

And now i have the funniest mental image burned into my mind for the rest of the day. like i said i cant talk about dated, i am guilty a well. that plus i think spinners are worn out as well anyway, only people you really see anymore with them are the ones who bought them when they were the new thing and cant afford 30" or whatever is the big seller now.

    I SCORED!

i think they look fine, the wheels are a little dated but i dont have room to talk about that. as long as they dont rub id leave them on or maby paint the black red to match. i know i am a dork
  3. definatly pull the carpet up in the back and pull the acess panel, see that often(not just pathys) around here. check the filler tube and vent tube as well real good. i cant recall if its in the fenderwell making it prone to all the elements(i know it is in my eclipse having changed it a couple times for that reason)
  4. basicly its that cut and dry.
  5. anything is doeable, just have someone good running the welder. frame is a little too important to rush so take your time as well and do it right

    New Game

jnu8hjny6wsaq i have issues as it is typing, thats just plain wrong
  7. my last lost cause of a project was a 80 pinto, but i lost ambitionn with that quickly. other than that when i can find it i will toy with my eclipse a little(since pathys dont count).
  8. at least he didn't hack a 2 door and the front end conversion is kinda cool. i wouldn't drive it but as long as he likes it, he has to drive it not me.
  9. i'd say o2 sensor reading strange running a teat pipe(i am guessing since you said you yanked the converter)
  10. thats one thing i still can't get through my head. you can comfortably fit 31"s stock but it take a total of 6" of lift to do a 33". just don't understand it in my simple mind.
  11. i really dobt as well that there is a solid axle up front(unless swapped in) older ones have the strange twin beam front end and then later went to a more standard ifs
  12. come to think of it they do have some major sag in the back, especially the 1st gen ones(which i am most used to seeing/having to tow) of course they are the ones i am also used to seeing having missing rockers/rotted core supports, quarters, rear spring shackles, front suspension parts(i mean rotted through not surface). no wonder they sit strange around here.....
  13. have to agree with your alt goeing bad here.
  14. don't try to rent a trailer from u-haul with it, they won't let you
  15. if i have to care that much i always have my 91 eclipse 20.l DOHC 5speed(of course). little fwd DSM is a zippy bastard as well, just ugly as sin(painted it with spray can primer)
  16. there was 4x4 EVO1 and 2. got 1 for ps2 and 2 for x-box(never made 2 for ps2 for some odd reason). besides that i dont really know of any comsole ones but i am not up to date with ps3 and x-box 360 games because i cant break myself down to spend that much on a game console. what should be made is a 4wheeling game like motor city online was, or just make motor city online 2 and add it as a catagory
  17. i had a setup kind of like that on my hardbody at one point in its life, still don't know what the pushbar was truely for. i just strait welded it to the front bumper at first until someone backed into it at a mall parking lot. bent the crap out of the bumper. bent the bumper back kind of close to strait(took a body man to tell it wasn't right) extended it do the frame with some steel, a plasma cutter, and a welder. held up on and off road like a champ until i changed the front end to 93+ style hardbody.
  18. when you strap the car to your dolly, USE BOTH STRAPS! make sure they are properly around the tires and tight. if the excess of the strap afetr tightenign drags on the ground or just plain bothers you tie it to a tight part of tha strap. good idea would be to get a short chocker chain or 2 and chain the lower control arms of the car being dollied to the dolly. a little extra protection incase the straps fail(i drive wrecker and feel you never have too many saftys). like stated multipule times already make sure your safty chains from dolly to truck are correct for what you are hauling and secured good, not dog chains with s-hooks, or my favoite i see sometimes-rope(doesn't hurt to have a 3rd safty here as well if goeing a decent distance). and make sure they are crossed(benifits of this have already been covered). triple check all lights, tire press, hook ups, etc. and don't be afraid to check multipule times during a trip.
  19. to each their own, i think....now that i have lost my apetite
  20. as long as you have the correct brackets for the year bumper you are able to flip them back and fourth either way, i would assume the same goes for the rear as well
  21. with the ammount of info on here i am extremely confused(not hard to do). at work i am junking a 89 cherokee laredo i6. are these useful or not on a 88 2 door, no spare tire rack? i have them out but didn't think far enough ahead to measure anything or count the coils, commen sence is lacking with me sometimes. i was just wondering before i go through cutting them and wasting getting them powdercoated.
  22. the gap band-you dropped a bomb on me next track is haddaway-what is love next is michael jackson-billy jean next is boot scootin boogie......i make strange mixes and have no clue what will happen after about 5 songs deep into them
  23. i was always taught to not run different size tires on 4 wheel drives in general. i know its not good to run 2 different sizes on the same axle but i am not sure if it would be harmful the way you want to. dont think it to be too wise though...

    Illegal?

PA illegal, have to have a working speedo/odometer/heater controls/horn(unless you have it jumped somehow to a button or toggle). At least the "new car scent" air freshner stayed.
  25. just wist the stuff rebuilt faster seems to have taken forever to get to level 15
