  1. When I lifted the rear of the pathy , I relocated the brake banjo and lines but just cut the diff breather tube in half ....anyone know if there is any problems with leaving it like this or do I need to hook it back up ? And what do you use to extend the tube ? Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  2. Yes , because I painted all the springs and struts white to match the shocks and the color of the pathfinder.
  3. Thanks , have been painting flames forever...lol Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  4. Just pulled spacers out and put LR springs in !!! Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  5. Desertkyle , looking forward to see your results !! Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  6. Thank you !! Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  7. after "days" of reading about all the folks that did a SFD back in the day , is there anyone still making this kit ?? And what year and model honda do I look into for the steering u joint . Thanks !
  8. I have looked everywhere and as a last resort I am going to do the sub harness ground I read about on alldata from the intake to the block as a "covering all the bases" type of thing ....the only two electrical issues I have ever had with both of my pathys is O2 sensors and MAF sensors "multiple times" . 9. Thank you !!! That will eliminate that upgrade , now to find out more on swapping out MAF with one from a maxima ....another idea that I dont see doing much for performance. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  10. No welding or electronics touched ....thats why I'm baffled...maybe a wire got pinched or something when jacking up or down . Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  11. from all the reading I have done , I don't see anyone putting headers on the R50 3.3 ....I am wondering if they fit because they are all over ebay for less then 100 and thats the cheepest upgrade I have seen yet for a pathy !!!
  12. I will cut my endlinks and wield in a 4 inch piece of tubing to get them right .
  13. Thank you ! I will check . Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  14. My pathy was running perfect , then I changed out most all of the bushings and added spacers with new shocks , put her back on the ground and now the idle is very rough and she runs terrible....the shop says alternator is putting out but the ECM is not getting enough voltage , they have no clue .... 15. WOW ....didn't think that far ...I was told the climate control was different and that you needed to swap the whole dash and shift console but was not sure on anything else . Iam starting to rethink this plan , LOL ...when I started looking at performance upgrades to my 3.3 it was getting expensive.
  16. I ask because a salvage/roll over 01 can be picked up for less then a grand , so it would be time consuming but a cheep upgrade to the 3.5
  17. I have read many threads on engine swaps but I'm wondering if you were to get a donor 2001 and used the engine, transmission, ECM and even the dash , would it be almost a plug and play without modifications ?
  18. Sorry for jacking in on your thread ... I thought this was the new members board . Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  19. I used spacers and new shocks first but that just raises the rear and no more load capacity because of oem springs , then I read a thread here about getting Land Rover springs from the UK and how awesome they are and cheep , so I ordered a pair last week and the total plus shipping to the US was 96.00 !!! Cant wait to get them and install them ! Have heard so many good things snd experiences with these springs ! Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  20. I found it to be really easy if you undo the panhard rod and "maybe" the shocks , and the bottom drops out so far you can almost pull the springs out without compressing them at all . Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  21. Well , I finally got the four inch spacers to work and yes I had to have a bracket made to drop the panhard rod down and one to relocate the distribution block of the rear break lines "which was a very simple fix" and now to lengthen the swaybar end links , which will be pretty simple....but haven't taken it to shop for alignment yet , but did purchase two sets of camber bolts to "try" and get her streight . 22. ok , I have looked through the lifting threads and everything seems to be geared to 4X4 , so my question is ....Can you use 3.5 inch spacers on 2000 2 wheel drive without any more issues then extended rear shocks ?
