Sounds like you shook something loose. A ground possibly. Id start there by looking it all over. Have you been boosting much or charging the battery while both + & - are still connected?

I swapped both fuses in the interior fuse box 15A and theyre fine. Still no blower.

Hey guys Im hoping that someone else besides myself has had this issue and know where the problem is.
A few months ago my power locks started locking and un locking at random times and also my power windows would make a clicking noise in the passenger door. Id hit the door and they would work. Then one day they both stopped working. I replaced the fusible links on the battery, cleaned up all the ground wires i could find, cleaned the master switch. I tried looking at the shop manuals on here but still nothing makes any sense. Please help. Thanks

Awesome. Thank youIf it's a flat woven wire, it connects the the exhaust manifold shield.

I seen this was broke off but dont know from where can someone help. Drivers side below brake fluid resivour and a little towards the front grill

Also just checked the fusible links i replaced with the meter, they look fine

Ok so I cleaned the master switch throughly and still nothing

Im terrible. Im on tapatalk and it wont let me open the service manual. Does anyone know if theres a fuse? Im cleaning the master switch as we speak with EC Cleaner..

I will check the master switch. But i suspect a deeper issue. I replaced the fusable links and soldered them. Im guessing its a fuse that dont seem to exist

Nobody seems to know the solution. They must be fused somewheres. I cant find any fuses for the power windows, locks and hatch glass popper. I have power in mirrors and wipers but my heater/ac blower isnt working either they all quit at once. I replaced fusible links already

Some time ago I noticed my windows were acting up when i would push the power window button sometimes it would not roll and id hear a clicking noise on the passenger side. Then the power locks started acting up locking and unlocking on their own while driving or id get out after shutting it off and they would randomly lock. I locked my keys in once. But then ka put they stopped working all together both the power windows and locks. Now i cant get my passenger door open. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear.I am so saddened to have learned that Mike Conard (Mr Pickles) passed away yesterday from liver failure. It is such a shock. Those of you who knew Mike know how great of a guy he was. He always had a smile on his face and never had a bad word to say about anyone. This is such a terrible loss. He leaves a little boy and his wife Lyndsey behind and my heart goes out to them. It is truly a great loss to NPORA and the rest of the world too.

Thanks a lot buddy, much appreciatedI am not sure how much of this will apply to yours, I am looking at the diagrams for a 92 with vg30e in North America.
Unless I missed something, the only thing I see that all items your still having trouble with have in common is the body ground behind the passenger kick panel.
There is a circuit breaker for the windows and locks that should be under the dash to the left of the fuse block. You could check the output and make sure you have power.
Get the wiring diagrams for your vehicle and pick one item and troubleshoot until it is fixed. I think you may have multiple problems and trying to fix all at once will cause frustration.

How can I haywire the locks?

But keep in mind the power windows, locks went just before the charging issue

Yes I just repaired that and checked the FL on the multimeter all good nowYou have so many threads going about this, I can't keep track. You had found a melted fusible link, did that ever get repaired?

When I put the washed out alternator back in it wasn't dry or something moved inside when I was hitting it with the air compressor. When I plugged the alternator into the harness located in pic. Under air filter the wire which was green now replaced with heavier red wire and black taped caught a fire. The alternator also was smoking intensely. After replacing both wires taped I got stereo, wipers, mirrors, but still no windows, locks or blower motor for heater & a/c

Ok so I did that and replaced one but still no blower motor or power windows and locks

No I have not.Sounds like the fusible links connected to the battery. Have you checked all the relays? Checked all the fuses with a multimeter?

Ok so you were right there was a wire that had melted. I got everything back except the power windows and locks. I'm trying to figure out for the life of me how to get my passenger door open. Or the window.

I'm trying to trace where there might be a fuse or cooked wire, stereo is dead too so all electronics are not working at all
