  1. True! I'll snag a pic of the coins and put em up later when I find my camera charger...
  2. Finally got it fixed! It was a friggin nickel and a penny wedged side by side in the track. Popped em loose, and voila! Seat moves freely for the first time since I bought it over 2 years ago! Tomorrow night? Teaching my wife how to drive a manual Thanks for all the help guys.
  3. Since my seat is stuck at the rear-most setting, I cant get the back right plastic panel off to get to the last bolt... might have to take out the center console to get to it..
  4. Man... one of these bolts is either invisible, or impossible to reach so far.. (Back right one)
  5. Is it just the 4 bolts holding it down? or is it a little trickier than that?
  6. Great! I'd love to see it (and possibly any measurements you have on it) when you get some free time. PS. There's absolutely NOTHING wrong with loving the prerunner look
  7. As far as body roll, have you looked at adding the "Missing Link"? Here's the thread on it: http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/27671-jackson-autosports-r50-missing-link/ Sounds like it helps quite a bit. I'm thinking of doing something about it myself. Some guys have even used electrical conduit cut to length, and then pinched the ends in a vice, drilled holes in the end, and did it that way. Edit to add link: Here's the one:http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/34524-diy-5-missing-link/?hl=conduit Looks like you've already knew about that one since you commented on it
  8. Then for your use, I'd switch my vote to upgraded suspension, not just a taller vehicle. Sounds like the AC springs or OME springs would be a good choice for you and your own personal use/goals with your pathfinder.
  9. With that idea, keep in mind that 4" of lift might make your 30s or even your 31s look like little donuts. It wouldnt be terrible, but personally I cant stand the "Big-Truck-Dinky-Tires" combo~
  10. I wish I had time, money, and help for both! That'd make it easy! As it stands, I'll be going for a new set of coils first.
  11. Dude your rig is full of brilliant ideas! Keep the awesome innovations coming! I've got a bumper on mine that exposes the front like yours... any plans for covering that up? I'm pretty interested in your ideas for it. I dont like crap getting stuck in my rad.
  12. I called the dealer and the base model starts at around $13,995. Pretty sweet that its street legal and offroad capable. And cant beat that 40mpg!
  13. Finding those wheels on summit is the reason I didnt buy them off CL.... for about the same price, I get to pick a style I want, guaranteed fit, and its a brand new set of wheels. You wont regret it!
  14. Went out with a local 4x4 group today and tried out some rock crawling. Pretty darn impressed with the pathy and how well she did with just sliders and meaty tires (rest is stock). Not sure if its my favorite kind of wheeling, but it definitely was fun to try.

  15. Great point!! In that case, maybe my budget zombiemobile might hold out fine after all!
  16. Hahaha! That is great! I'll take a look and see what I see. Its not often that repairs EARN you money~
  17. I'm 6'2" and don't mind at all that my seat is stuck in the furthest back slot. My 5'4" wife has never driven my Pathfinder because she simply cannot reach the pedals with the seat stuck back so far. It wont budge at all. The handle that is pressed to move it still works, but the seat physically wont slide. I am pretty confident that one of the reasons she resents the pathy so much and wants me to sell it is simply because she cant drive it. I want to teach her how to drive a manual, (a valuable skill for any woman) but need the seat to move to be able to do that. If you know what may be wrong, please chime in! It just may save my pathy's life! Once she learns how to drive it, I know she'll fall in love with it like I did! Fun fact: I learned how to drive a manual on this vehicle.
  18. I vote yes! A guy posted that up on our local 4xGroup and I was looking at it. Pretty darn sweet.
