  2. What Tbars to get The Sway away anda Calmini have a 20% higher spring rate and the AC ones have a 30% higher spring rate.

The higher the spring rate the more rigid and harsh a ride unless you're going to be packing on a lot of extra weight up front. Keep that in mind. I had the Sway a ways on my first rig with a steel bumper and it wasn't too bad.

Not really. Get the T-Bars from Sway-a-way.

      $200.00 bucks.

And pick up the Torsion bar keys from a JY. Pocketable items.

  6. Hey Dowser, 41mm (1 5/8) is the answer. I have one of these if you need to borrow it, but I couldn't get mine loose. http://www.industrialsupplydenver.com/jhwistwrboxe7.html

Thanks you guys. That's going to make it a little Easier. I'm hoping a can of lube, a 2 foot breaker bar, a cheater bar if necessary and these Monster Sized Bicepts can do the job. If not, I'll just swear a little and use the can of lube to make myself feel better. *grin*

  8. Can someone post me up the size of the Nut that holds the Pitman arm on please? I'm no where near my Rig for the next few days but want to bring what I need for when I get there. I just know its larger and I'm not sure I own the proper size or not. Much appreciated.

I have a 2 foot Breaker Bar. And I have a Long ass Pipe Wrench. Just don't want to have to haul an enormous amount of tools a long distance on foot. Going out to the Wrecking yard to swipe another Pitman and Idler to finish off my Steering system.

I hadn't thought of that. I thought the Steering Boxes only changed from the 1st gen. Aren't 90-95's all the same?
