I hope you remembered to add a bottle of LSD lubricant to the rear diff before filling it with gear oil.

My favorite stogie is the Romeo Y Julieta Short Churchill. I get two boxes brought from Cuba every winter from anybody I know going there for vacation. There's always someone going to Cuba during winter months. They cost roughly $225 for a box of 25 there and sell for about $20 a pop here.

I was installing my manual hubs today and when I was tightening
the bolts that link hubs with wheels my stud broke at maybe 15 pounds of force !!
Luckily I was able to unscrew the stud with a plier.
Two questions for you :
1- Where can I find new stud ? From what I saw Warn don't sell them
2- How can I screw the stud ??
Do I need to screw the studs very tight or this don't matter ?
And after screwing the studs I notice that they are not the same lenght.
And for now I drive with a Warn hub on one side and the stock on the otherside.
If I keep it locked is there a problem?
Until you install the other warn keep the one you have on locked and all should be fine.
When installing mine I double stacked the nuts to tighten the studs. I didn't measure the force just went with feel. I used lock-tite as well.
Maybe some are not the same lenght because they're not tight enough.
HTH!

I'm in agreement with Northern, bring for yourself and if you have some leftovers you want to share great. I have this odd feeling there will be plenty of BACON to go around therefor no one will go hungry.

I got some great canned bacon.
It is pre-cooked. All you have to do is heat it up a bit. AWESOME stuff
Or I could bring some thick bacon I buy at costco:
We will plant this flag at the camp site so that people can find us if needed
I'll follow you on the trail just in case you drop one of those cans
I'll be going to PriceClub and gettin' the thick stuff!

You're weighing down the driver side?
I assumed that was the reason, between me and the fuel tank being on that side it would make sense. I just wanted to know if anybody else had the same issue. Thanks!

I notice my passenger side top out more than the driver. Does anyone else have the same scenario?

I suggest we bring lots of bacon to eat!
PrincessAuto has cast iron pans on sale next week, we should pick up a few for all the BACON I'm sure everybody will be bringing, hint hint nudge nudge...

Not a single comment or suggestion, ...

Extra hands can definitely come in handy when trying to mock-up

This weekend would be awesome as I'm free both Sat & Sun and if next is the one than Sunday works for me.
Thanks for such a great offer!

I might come at night...I don't think the party will run that late though. We will see.
Good to hear!
The meeting point for the trip will be at Timmies in Stittsville. Final rendez-vous times are still undecided. I suggest meeting at Tims around 10:00 to allow us to be at the trail head by 11:00. Comments and suggestions are more than welcomed!

We just have to remember that whatever happens on the hydro line, stays on the hydro line

It was already made clear I'm not going.
It wasn't on this forum.
There's always Sunday Adam... hell, leave the party at 8:30/9:00 and meet us at the camp site. We should be camping near a main road like last time. Up to you to make the most of the time you have.

Anybody for a run?!
How 'bout the hydro line via California Road. I'll throw in May 1st as a potential date. Thoughts and opinions...
P.S. Maybe we could even camp out!

It's been a while since we've gotten together to go muddin' so I was wondering if some were up for it! I'm suggesting the 29th or 30th to give plenty of time to make plans. We could go out for a few hours in the afternoon and then maybe get some dinner . Thoughts?!
Cheers!
