I had sirius and liked it, never had XM so I won't vote. But i think theyre pretty much similar.

just my 2 cents Sounds a little steep to me, but it could be due to your area. For reference, 2 months ago I bought a 95 pathy 4door, 4x4, 6cyl 5speed, 108k on the clock, in pretty great conditions for $3300, from a dealer no less. Id say if your really set on it offer $2300 and haggle from there. have you tried kbb.com or nada.com? i know they aren't perfect but it can give you a ballpark. Is it modded in any ways that would add or detract to the value?

Not sure about pathys but my driving instructing cars would sometimes go into "safe mode" cus of the kids. Had to disconnect then reconnect the battery to take it out. might be worth a shot.

I've heard the amount of ethanol in the mixture can cause bad mileage, dont know if any truth behind it. I've always noticed lesser mileage with "winter mix" gasoline. But a few things you could check would be tire pressure, air filter, injectors, etc. If it were an O2 sensor I believe you would see an MIL (malfunction indicator light) or check engine light. Not sure because I've only had my pathy for like a month. Best of luck to ya.
