  5. Hi everyone, I have been learning a lot about my PF through this forum I think is awesome, I have a 95 at tranny, 4wd, that I have just started off roading with , and I am concern with th e center link and also with rust in the frame, I show no signs of it yet, maybe I never will , but is there a pattern in early wear in the CL or in the frame on this rusting issue? thank you once more for your help and opinions

  9. Hi Darren, if you look in search section you will find that part number 14065-v5004 is the revised exhaust manifold studs, basically from the nissan 300 zx twin turbo, they cost around 8 us dollars.. regrds German96
  10. my horn works intermitently, dont know if there is a bad contact in the steering wheel , I tried to take it apart and the lower part seems to be stuck and I didnt want to force it, so I squeez a file to clean the contacts , but no luck , I know the horn is located behind the front bumper inside the wheelwell, ( between the tire and the bumper) , have anyone had any trouble with the horn? german996
  11. Oficially the installation can be done without removing the bumper , accesing by removing the aux light panel and lights as LD50 said, it was a very smooth procces and easy acces with a ratchet and a 17 mm deep wall socket, the painfull part was to run the wires from the engine compartment into the dash area, but it is now all done, thank you for your suggestions.... 12. sorry , did not read the whole thing,,, german996

  14. Hi everybody, motorcycle tech for an european shop in San diego, bought my Pathy two years ago , has 155k miles in the Odo at the moment, love that thing, I am second owner, is auto, grey leather seats very intact, black exterior, i just found out that it needs some upgrades and some loving , thank you gus for all the help that you have provided me with so far , NPORA is awesome also the helpfull and friendly people here, I am very amazed about my new Nissan pf experience... regards to all German996
  15. well , It has that ticking noise since day one (2 YEARS AGO), BUT i thought it was an exhaust leak due to a leakey exhaust gasket, like every other nissan maxima that I have heard, I am a motorcycle tech for GP motorcycles in San Diego (Italian motorcycles), but it was not until I joined npora that I got curious about the noise and decided yesterday to remove the heat shield and dyscover the problem to be a broken stud, I have to confess that I am totally intimidated on working in my PF, got use to just working in motorcycles for the last ten years...and that spoiled me. regards' German996
