Well after looking for quite a while online to no avail, I decided to fix it. I still have the shafted piece it was the tip that broke. So as I have no toothpicks in the house, I usedon't a little sand paper to file the tip down and used a spray nozzle off the wd40 bottle! Works perfectly! Now to go put it all back together. Don't know how to post a picture off my phone or I'd show it

Hey y'all, I wrote back in September that I needed help fixing my bent speedo needle. Finally got to it today and while taking the needle off the cluster it literally crumbled in my hands..... I cannot locate another needle other than going to the pull a part.... does anyone know where I can order one or if there are other years that are compatiable with the 92?

Hey y'all just wanted to update and let ya know I got the handles in today, ordered from amazon and got the pair for $15 with 2 day shipping. Only took me 30 minutes to replace both driver and passenger! Thanks so much for everyone's advice!

Well for whatever reason, went to visit the Parents and when I got home the passenger door unlocked..... after I tried to disconnect the battery cables but the hood latch wouldn't pull (there was no spring left to pop the hood)..... ugh one thing after the other..... but hey the door is unlocked and open.... I'll worry about the hood later.....

Soo now have a problem. Handles came in and I notice last week..... ( I have no AC) so I rolled the window down ( door with broken handle) and it stopped about 8 inches down and started acting like it was hung on the corner that the handle is broken as the front would go down. Luckily enough Hurricane Matthew brought some much wanted cooler weather to S.C. and I really don't have to have it down. I go to fix the handle yesterday and the door wouldn't unlock, so It won't open for me to fix it. It's sending a signal to the power lock box to look all the others as well. So lord don't leave the keys in there bc it locks when ya shut the door, hit a bump. The only way to unlock it, is going through the hatch or at least the drivers door key unlocks just that door.... doesn't involve power box. Soooo my question how the heck am I supposed to get the door open if it will not unlock? I can't even manually pull it up its hung

Hey y'all. My 92 xe pathy was sitting for a few years when I purchased, so alot of things dry-rotted. Yesterday the front passenger external door handle popped off in my hand. Felt like the Hulk for a minute lol. Had my baby for 6 months and now it breaks. Looked through my Haynes manual, which seems good for nothing except motor and tranny, can't find how to replace the handle. Anyone have any experience? Gonna get another one from Pull-a-part so I'll get a feel of how to tear it down. Just need to know how to reinstall. Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone. Got some questions. Got my 92 5spd xe pathy back in April and the speedometer needle is bent at the tip and doesn't read true. Was just going to replace it with new or junkyard cluster, but those ranging between $110 and $300, wanted to see if I could just straighten it out first. So my question is does anyone know how the 92 cluster comes out? Hubby is always out of town, and before I start just remov8ng screws needed some Intel that my Haynes manual doesn't give. Thanks in advance

I'm looking for a new cluster for my 92 5spd 4x4. Can't find anything at the junk yard. Do you still have the 92? My speedometer needle is broken so I constantly have to use my phone. If you still have to older cluster I would buy it off you.

When the door lock timer go plugged back in, all the locks in the pathys, locked. So I'm thinking a grounding problem. Any advice yall?

Also, called around to parts stores and even looked online, no one sells a Door Lock Timer! Just the relay, which I can't even find with Haynes manual
