summit racing is a good place...not to expensive and you can even use a nissan oil filter with it...now finding a spot is more of a tuffy... ---- i tried to post a pic but i couldnt figure it out...i basically put my filter relocater in the right wheel well, but i made a bracket for it so it acctually sits inside the engine compartment close to the power steering pump...so it clears the wheel and the pump and i can still put the rubber cover back on and its all nicely tucked away...
-
just put my adapter today...going to test it out make sure the spot is ok before i hook it all up...ill post pics soon after...
-
this is all good info guys...thanks...
-
that looks reasonable...and self explanatory...thanks for the info...this will be my next purchase...plus my oil change...then my headers...

hello all...well i had a question about my roof rack...one rail was broken and i found a rail at the junk yard...but after i installed it i took a closer look and felt it was too flimsy...i want to put a basket on the roof and wasn't sure if it would do the job...are the stock rails for a 93 ok to keep for the basket with stuff in it or should i find solid rails? and which rails should i look for? thanks for the help....
-
i can't remember if i asked this question or not, but is it better to but a relocation kit or make my own...and where should i get the kit, i looked on ebay but what comes up doesn't look right...where should i get it? or if i piece it together where should i get the parts from?
-
so do i have to get everything custom or can i find a kit ready to go?

Want to put a CB radio, but where do I start?
Felipe4x4 replied to Felipe4x4's topic in General Forums
Ha Ha...I got confused and put it in the wrong place...but I am new to site and to 4bying....now as far as what I want thats part of my question...im not really out in the boonies a lot but if i invest in a CB I want it to work when I need it...I had found one at the swap meet for 10 bucks but I didn't want to get it because I didn't know what I would need...I didn't want to make holes in the roof so I think I like the bumper install of the antenna and it makes sense that if I have a crappy antenna the system would be crap as well. -
Im thinking of installing a CB radio but have no clue on what brand, where would be the best place to install and where do i put the antenna? Can someone give me some pointers please.

We are a nissan family. I worked for Nissan for 4 years. My first vehicle was an 85 720 Pickup that I had lowered and cleaned up. My father-in-law worked for infinity and nissan for about 20years or so. We have had really good luck with nissans. @ Mark thanks for your reply. I am going to definitely be e-mailing you soon. -
