Nothing personal, but how about working on something that people want that hasn't been done yet? Jackson Autosport sells these things for about $50CDN shipped which is a pretty fair price. You're stepping on the toes of one of the few companies that decided to actually try to make aftermarket parts for the R50.

I have the same issue. I'm guessing it's a dead pump if it's like mine...the rear one works. How hard to replace?

Anyone know where I can get a new set (online) for cheap...or a good price at least. My '96 manifolds are surely shot.

What do you call a fish with no eye...? A FSHHHHHHH What do you call a deer with no eye...? *shrugs shoulders* No-eye deer (no idea...get it?) What do you call a elephant mixed with a rhino...? *shrugs shoulders* eleph-ino (hell if I know... get it?) Not sure that last one is completely 8yo safe.

Leave it...sure. As for stock suspension...it has KYB struts up front. Everthing else is from 1996. LOL! -

I'm in Covina. They can use mine. It's in dire need of some leveling. -
Hub on Titans is 78mm. On my 96 R50, the hub is about 110mm...so yeah some opening up would be needed. Plus, the 17" "Offroad" wheels have some crazy backspacing...like 7+ inches IIRC. I have a 2004 Titan and never had thought for a second the wheels would fit on my R50 even though the bolt pattern is the same.
-
Anyone know the length of the bolts. It's almost $40 for a set from AC when I could get some elsewhere for about $15.
-
I think if they did fit, you'd have to fab up a set of new cats since the stock cats come in right where the stock manifold ends. I wish someone knew though because I know for a fact I have a cracked manifold and if there are other reasonably priced options besides stock, I'd consider it.

Nice find. Thank you. Just drove over to the local stealership and they said $60. Whatever! I asked for the part number so I can search for it cheaper online and the guy was pretty hesitant to give it to me. Geez!
-
Tried searching the web but couldn't find a part number for a kit. Do I need to buy the parts individually?
-
Welp, went outside this morning to go to work and was greeted to a pool of brake fluid under the left from wheel. Did a quick check and no signs of leaking from the bleed screw or the where the brake line connects. I'm guessing (didn't have time to fully diagnose) piston seals are shot!? New caliper or is there a piston seal kit available? How can this happen so quickly, overnight?

Why does everyone always suggest the AC springs over the OME springs? Are the AC ones better? They're surely more expensive. I'm all about spending as little as I have to on my R50.
-
Are the AC bushing better than stock?

Mass Air Flow sensor. It's on the intake right after the filter...I believe.
