  1. Thanks for the info. My BF is always busy working on other cars, so i was looking for some info to do this myself.
  2. I guess i should restate what i am asking. I know my throw-out bearing is bad because of the whining it makes when i press in the clutch. I need to know if it is easier to yank the motor or drop the tranny to change it. I found a new clutch, throw-out bearing, and pressure plate for $180 local. Unfortunately it is a 2wd. My boyfriend said he would help me change it, but i figured someone here might have some insight for me to make this easier on me. Thanks in advance.
  3. My '95 Pathy has been making some awful noises lately that I'm pretty sure are due to the throwout bearing. Is it easier to drop the tranny or do I need to pull the engine to fix it?
  4. Thank you, I will be looking into getting a new intake soon, and have some other questions as well. WW
  5. Hello everyone, I just got my '95 Pathfinder about a month ago and I love it. I was without a vehicle for several months prior because some nice person decided to do a hit and run on my Sunfire in the middle of the night. Yeah...it was totaled when I found it the next morning in the middle of the street. So anyways, hoping to learn more about my new Pathfinder, and maybe warn some of you about those pesky hit and run bandits from Phoenix. Ta!
