Replacing the brake booster

Have a 93 WD21 the brake booster went bad on, I've got the old one out. The new one didn't come with the spacer and two gaskets on it like the old one has. Does anyone know where I can find the gaskets (I figured I could use the old spacer). I'm starting to think I'll be talking to the dealership parts dept. about this. On the other hand, do I need the gaskets? I assume that they are for preventing fumes and such out of the cab and maybe soundproofing.

Thanks,

Tristan

I reused the old gaskets on mine.

I was going to use the old ones but one of them crumbled instantly. Lol

A little silicone sealant will work fine. The gaskets are there simply to prevent intrusion of dust, water, and fumes.

That doesn't need to be anything special i assume no high heat or anything right?

For small non-critical gaskets, I like to cut my own using thin cardboard from Coke boxes and a hammer like this guy. I think I've got a Coke gasket behind one of my locking hubs and a Canada Dry gasket behind the other. I like to rub a little grease and oil on the uncoated side so it can't absorb moisture.
