Ben1995
Looking for good headers?
Cuong Nguyen
www.ruggedrocksoffroad.com get on the list as this will more than likely the last batch of Dough Thorley headers they are making. That or you buy Pacesetter headers and have them modified to fit.
djeffrey
What do you mean modified to fit? My pacesetters seemed to fit well. A few topics down we spoke about headers, check that out for some information on them http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/44143-headers-time-to-bite-the-bullet/

Great to know Pacesetters work without many issues. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk
Manik
I’ve got a set of pacesetters on my 95 and they fit perfectly. The only thing that I had to do was weld in a bung for the EGR valve. Now the collector is not flanged, so, you’ll have to get them welded up or do what I did, I used wide band clamps and they work fine. But, I have been thinking of taking it to a local shop and having either a flange welded to the collectors or, just have them welded up. Haven’t made that decision yet. djeffrey
I bought the headers about 3 years ago, and also bought a second collector last year because I bent mine on a rock. They both came flanged. just slid it onto the two header pieces and bolted it up. I remember it taking a bit of bending or prying to get it to line up right, just due to it being aftermarket and stuff on my pathfinder being bent or what ever. but still went together easy.
