15x8 with 3.75 backspacing

I have an 88 se and looking for new rims. I'm looking at a set of 15x8 with 3.75 inch back spacing. I'll be installing 31x10.5 on them and wondering if they will stick out past the fender flares? I plan on keeping the fender flares too so hopefully it would just be a slight trim to them. I am just hoping that it would be flush or inside the flares.

 

If anyone can post up pictures if you have 3.75 back spacing with 31's showing how far the tires will stick out that would be awesome!
