Storm_Trooper
Whats the best hub centric wheel spacer to use? Like for it to be rotor side and rim side. Current spacers are non-centric @ 1.5"
ferrariowner123
I take it your having a wheel shake problem? If so, check your steering gear for any play. I had a shaky steering wheel even with the spacers. It wasnt until I replaced the wheel bearings, and all of the steering tie rods that it pretty much went away. -Kyle Edited March 3, 2016 by ferrariowner123
Storm_Trooper
No wheel shaky problem, piece of mind.
ferrariowner123
Alright well, my experience yields this recommendation. DON'T GET PLASTIC! they will melt and last maybe 2-3 months before they are completely useless. -Kyle
hawairish
These would be the best, in my opinion, because they have 100mm center bores and integrated hub rings, effectively making them Nissan Truck/SUV-specific. But they're also almost twice as expensive as those without hub rings, and you can also buy hub rings for the universal spacers (but it doesn't put a hub ring between spacer and wheel, of course). 1.25": http://www.ebay.com/itm/321653315154 2": http://www.ebay.com/itm/321885328466 Edited March 4, 2016 by hawairish
hawairish
You know, I think I may need to retract my last comment...I don't think this will work for 4wd guys with manual hubs. Reason being that the center bore is clearly less than 100mm on the wheel-mounting side, so it might not clear manual hubs. Probably fine for 2wd and 4wd with fixed hubs (not sure what they look like); obviously not a problem for the rears.
