Good deal for '03 Pathfinder?

Hi

 

I'm looking at a 2003 5spd Pathfinder with 160k miles for $4000.

 

It has the original clutch and that's my main worry as I know it can be expensive replacing these and they tend to go right around 150k.

 

A couple of questions:

 

Is this a decent price for this vintage vehicle with this many miles and original clutch?

 

Anything else I should be looking at?

Seems about right I guess if the condition is good. Picked up my 01 LE last year with 135k for 4200. I personally wouldn't worry about the clutch, just budget for it in the future. Look on the bright side, at least you know it hasn't been beaten on or else the clutch would have been long gone...

Paid $3K for an 2001 SE 3.5l 4x4 with some body damage. (light)

135K miles. Runs great and I know it's worth it.

Seems like a good price. I got a 2002 pathy LE with 131000 miles for 5000 but the body and interior was in excellent condition.

Passed on that one and bought a 2002 5spd instead with a new clutch and no rust and 155k miles for $3000.

Now it's time to start working on the suspension and tires but I don't want to any lift

1. KYB Struts GR-2,
2. HD OME coil springs front& rear
3. Shocks, haven't decided between Rancho RS999010/XL or Bilsteins or ?)
4. Warn manual locking hubs.
5. BFG A/T 265/70/16
