cobra68
I have a 92 pathfinder 4×4 xe I have replaced the rubber at the peddle & replaced the hoses and the Cruise control still don't work+ changed the fuse. Door locks won't work & can't find a fuse marked door locks. Help
Slartibartfast
Any ECU codes? A lot of door lock issues come down to the timer in the driver's rear quarter panel (behind the plastic trim in the cargo area). The solder joints crack and the locks act funny or don't work at all. You can find all the wiring diagrams and whatnot here, along with some troubleshooting procedures. The oldest manual there is '94 IIRC, so its cruise control will differ a bit in that the late 93-95 have the cruise buttons on the steering wheel and IIRC the earlier rigs like yours have it on one of the sticks, but I assume the system is the same otherwise. SpecialWarr
I can post some pictures of the wiring diagrams from a '90 FSM when I get back home later today if that might be helpful!
Pav
Out of curiosity does your horn work? If not, I might have the solution to your problem. I had a similar dilemma with my cruise control. It ended up being the contacts behind the clock ring in the steering wheel which was easy enough to fix by cutting some copper tubing to lengthen the contact. xterra
Cruise problem could also be caused by the rubber/silicone bumper on the brake pedal arm crumbling. It acts as a cancel for the cruise when the brake is depressed. If you've seen some unusual blue or green rubber bits on the floor, take a look in there. maaakaaa
Following. Neither work for me, either.

I just bashed my steering wheel until the springs pushed the contacts out further
