01Pathmaker
I only use Cardone Select as they are new, not reman or rebuilt. Just replaced both on my 01, good pricing at RockAuto.com
Karmann
I believe Rockford CVs have been popular, and thought to be stronger. I think they're available through autozone? Not 100% about that, I know Stioc's thread on ExPo has the details, he just swapped.

Nefarious
Napa lifetime joints on my 93 they seem to articulate a little further than stock and have held up with lifted suspension and low profile bump stops (increase droop travel) for years with no issues.
