muddfildvaynes
So I have been slowly working on the pathy when I have time between working and traveling and my new son. But here is the newest mods, just cut the front and rear fenders, fiberglassed the rear fenders to make smother and then rhino lined over it all. I still need to transfer the rocker guards which will be rhino lined as well, and the snorkel. Then I have a bunch of engine work to do like valve cover gaskets, plenum gasket, spark plugs, water pump/timing belt, and a couple other odds and ends. Here is my progress so far:

muddfildvaynes
Thanks, it is all starting to come together, just a little longer and it will be ready for the trails again.
NIssanBoston
How do you rhino line? What does it do? Never heard of it o.o Thanks, it is all starting to come together, just a little longer and it will be ready for the trails again.
ferrariowner123
Seriously? It's bed liner. It's a super common thing trucks have sprayed in their beds to make it last longer, and prevent wear. But it works for cars that's are going to be subjected to body wear. -Kyle
lerch641
Bingo, I've got my sides and leading edge of my hood bedlined. There's one guy nearby that has an old GMC pickup completely bedlined for mudding.

paul.thoroughgood.3
How did get that much lift in the front? Sfd's are almost unheard of in Australia, but my cv's are getting destroyed from the 2"
ferrariowner123
SFD plus 2" lift. I believe he's also running warn (or similar brand) manual hub lockers. These will help with cv wear. Also, Rockford CV make a thermo plastic cv boot kit as part of a rebuild that is much stronger than the traditional rubber, it's worth looking into. -Kyle
muddfildvaynes
Exactly, and I am running mile markers. Plus the cut front fenders make the lift look bigger.
paul.thoroughgood.3
Thanks guys, I had a better look at cv's today and I think they were just old, gonna replace them and get some limit straps. Normal driving, angle is minimal but will top out on bumps.
