01Pathmaker Posted August 25, 2014 Share Posted August 25, 2014 Just got the complete exhaust from rockauto.com (look in the vendor section for 5% off) delivered to my door for less than $225! Bosal muffler with pipes, Bosal resonator assembly and all the required rubber hangers(5) and gaskets (2 for front pipe flanges 1 o-ring for connection above rear axle). xxLOUDOGxx Posted August 26, 2014 Share Posted August 26, 2014 Was it just the flang that broke off? I just bought a 01 Pathfinder for my daughter and it was broken off at the flang. I took it to a local mom and pop muffler shop. They cut the other end off and welded and small 4 inch pipe in its place for $40. I've seen this happen allot on qx4. its common. Unfortunately my muffler was rotted out, as was the resonator, my old exhaust came out in 4 pieces(without any cutting) when it was originally just 2! Lol.
