You are told by mechanics that "your timing belt whine is bad, you should pay us $1000 to fix it for you" and everybody who owns a Pathfinder or is on this site tells you not to worry about it

Haha! Yup! My hardbody has belt whine, transmission whine, all sorts of whine. Sounds like a gnarly supercharger but is sadly only the T-Belt.

You know u drive a pathfinder when: your a/c doesn't work, the CEL is on, the cabin is noisy as hell and the clutch throughout bearing whines like all get out and you wouldn't trade it for that brand new big ol jacked up full size truck or SUV. Reason, their monthly payment is half their paycheck.

When you drive a 99.0 but have to specify 98 parts to get the correct ones. Otherwise you get 99.5 parts.

When you finally brake the tbelt because you didn't want to deal with it and the first thing you say is time for a 3.3. and the second thing you do is use the intelock switch so you can put it in the shop with the starter?
