newbie here with pics

howdy yall names Kenny im from seneca,sc just got my first pathfinder on sep. 2 2011 friend of mine in high school had one and i always liked it so when the chance came along i got this one its a 1991 SE-V6 5speed lift and all was already on it i bought it as it sits it has 266,174 miles on it still runs great it has a 3-4" rancho lift with a 3" body lift with 33x12.50x15's on 15x10" bullet holes has dual flowmaster exhaust i traded a 95 jeep cherokee xj with a 4.5" lift on it i built the jeep from scratch but it was used & abused and time to move on to sumthing better ill include a few pics i have the only lifted pathfinder that i know of in my area so its good to be big and different all my friends and family love it cant wait to do more to it i want to build sum front and rear offroad bumpers rock sliders for it and also put a roof rack with lights on it but not sure how to mount it my roof is smooth theres no factory roof rack no gutter to mount to so im not to sure how id do that without drilling holes in my roof whitch i dont really wana do so if anybody knows how let me know thanx

Most people here would agree that it is a step up from the Cherokee too... :D

 

Thule, Yakima and a few off brands make pillars that mount to door edges so many people have racks and lights on Pathys without roof racks. There are plenty of threads to look up and read.

thanx everybody so far im still lovein the pathfinder the only thing ive had to do is put gas in it lol i only have a few problems so far the passenger side exhaust manifold gasket blew out and i have the loudest most anoying exhaust leak everrr lol bought the gaskets was gona replace them and 3 of the 6 bolts are broke off in the blow ugh what a pain in the ass this is turning out to be still havent fixed it but hopein to soon ... valve covers have a small leak no biggie , clutch is gettin bad i think its pressure plate wore out not grabbing like it should if i start off easy and get on it grabs fine if i try to snatch a gear or dump it it just slipps ... & also what gears come in pathfinders? when i put mine in 4wd the front tires try to move faster than back so it has a crab walk effect on the front cant find any tags to id the factory gear ratios .....any help would be great thanx

Yeah, the manifolds can be a pain, make sure to upgrade the new fasteners to the 300zx turbo studs or grade 10.9 bolts like some of us do. About the gear ratio, it will be either 4.36 or 4.63, there is an ID plate under the hood on the passenger fender that will say "HGXXX" on it. Perhaps someone installed a different rear end or even different gears. You can jack it up and count the tire revolutions per drive shaft revolutions and figure it out that way also, another set of eyeballs would be handy for that...
