onefast87
The install was straight forward. All it took was the help of a good friend. I like the way it came out. I used a Hayden cooler. The cost was about 90$ total, took about 2-3 hours.I would still like to get a Temp gauge. The next project will be a remote turbo. http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/HAD1/404.oap?ck=Search_N0940_-1_-1&pt=N0940&ppt=C0377
silverton
I used a Flex-a-Lite 4118 (18,000LB) on my truck, the dimensions are almost identical. I put mine in the same place, but ran the lines underneath the radiator. shortest route to the transmission lines. Under heavy load, it won't go above 150*. I'll have to haul something sometime and get a temp reading....
trenton163
Nice, I installed one in-front of my AC condenser, you can feel a major difference in heat just from driving. Best 100 bucks I ever spent.
Tungsten
The trans temp only goes way up if you shift at the redline (or in POWER mode) if you really want to test how well it performs.
