adamzan Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 Well it is only like 155hp to begin with. But mine can make it up inclines with ease. You probably need a tune up. I would start there. New plugs, wires, cap, rotor, oil and filter change, fuel filter change, air filter change or put a K&N filter in it, check the o2 sensor because if it is bad it can make the truck lose power as well.
