jeffrhine
Went through some soupy mud and it covered my engine bay. It idles but when I hit the gas it throbs up to 1k rpm when I have the pedal to the floor. It just keeps jumping up and falling down. I think the mudd is clogging something I dunno saaaad day any help?
westslope
Did you wash the engine? Any damp mud stuck in the wrong area could be shorting something.
tekazgtr1984
Did you check the intake? The airbox could be full of mud, too. Wash it up, check everything for clogs and then you'll be good.
RedPath88
Along with the air box solution mentioned above double check and dry out electrical connections. Mr. P and I both had some issues when we played in a big mud puddle after everyone else went home on a trip to Tayuya. Aside from killing our starters, we also had running problems due to connectors being wet inside.
jeffrhine
Yeah haven't been able to clean it yet, because I had it towed into a weird spot. Should be cleaning it today though. I took out the filter to the airbox. That thing was covered well everything else it covered too lol.
