DOA
Consumers Energy Auxiliary Operator Started as a meter reader (the only good job I could find at the time). Now I work at a power plant, and it's great. In fact, I'm at work typing this right now (I have such a hard job).

laxman0324
You wanna hook me up with some paint bro? I got a 1/2 primer'ed pathy and she needs some more... money got tight when she died on me... haha...jk (but if you can hook me up... ) House paint wont look good or last at all on a car...spray paint is your best cheap alternative if you are good with it, I think Tex did that and it turned out good...and HD doesnt give its own employees discounts, so none for anyone else... And I notice we have 2 aero engineers...jeez thats an unlikely gathering...well I will have a B.S. in civE and maybe a minor in ME, and a masters in either ME or business...lots of schooling ahead... Morningwould
Penske Diesel Technician Got tired of driving trucks after 8 years of doing it. I worked for so many people where I was driving and maintaining my own truck anyway. I decided to just stay in the shop and off the road. No more daily road rage. GrimGreg
On about my fifth career type job, I think it or something like it will be all I ever do. Handyman Matters Handyman Was a commercial carpenter for 8 years then went on disability for almost 2 years and the company I was with let me go. Decided to try something with a more leizurely atmosphere, less deadlines and idiot management when I went back to work. Shopped a few of the local handyman companies that were hiring and liked this one. Gotta say, I haven't regretted the change, though I did learn a hell of a lot about the building trades while in the commercial field.

tekazgtr1984
TD Canada Trust Customer Relations Coordinator Ended up at TDCT as a P/T teller during university and have since moved into a "full-time" position at the reception desk but also occasionally helping out at the teller wickets. I've been on almost full-time since October and have realized banking is not my gig. Luckily, with a BA under the ol' belt, I was able to scoop up a job with the federal gov't in the CBSA as a border services officer. Once my training is done and I start the job, there will be a new celebratory post.

Unfortunately since we went from Aloha Airlines to Aloha Air cargo, we dont have any great benefits yet, we are in the process of getting fed ex so maybe I can contribute later on. Don't know what it will be yet though, might be only wherever I am so Anyone need something from Hawaii??!!
